The Best:
I got up and went to yoga. It was a great practice.
The Worst:
I forgot to turn the shower off while I was soaping up.

Morning.
The Best:
I went to yoga and took care of myself instead of sitting at home and fretting with the husband.
The Worst:
I said something snide about some money my husband stole from me over a year ago.

Morning.
The Best:
I got up and went to yoga. I resisted, but I know I need to go to take care of myself.
The Worst:
I threw a banana peel out of the car window.

Morning.
The Best:
I got up and took my husband to the clinic and went to yoga. Yay for managing my time well!
The Worst:
I haven't done much since I've been at work except for personal things.

Morning.
The Best:
I made an amend to a friend I'd said something insensitive to, and I'm going to make a sincere effort to watch my words in the future to make it a true living amend. I also bought my husband a present at the thrift store, and I'm excited for him to get home so I can show it to him.
The Worst:
I slept in again and skipped yoga.

Evening.
The Best:
I went to yoga with a friend instead of sleeping in and being horribly lazy.
The Worst:
I lied to the neighbor when he came over looking for my husband. He didn't want to hang out, so I lied for him. I shouldn't have done that.

Morning.
The Best:
I got up and went to yoga. I needed to take care of myself because I woke up in a foul mood. I feel better now for taking an hour and taking care of me.
The Worst:
I woke up pissed off about how my husband doesn't have a job still, and I was nasty(ish) to him.

Morning.
The Best:
I got up really early and went to yoga, and now I'm at work. I'm going to try to work some extra hours so that I can take off some time when my mom is in town, which will be fun.
The Worst:
I couldn't sleep last night for fretting, projecting, resenting. I need to meditate more so that I can help myself to turn off my mind, but I'm a barrelfull of excuses when it's time to get quiet with myself. I also should trust that my higher power will take care of these problems.
