Morning.

The Best:

I made an amend to a friend I'd said something insensitive to, and I'm going to make a sincere effort to watch my words in the future to make it a true living amend. I also bought my husband a present at the thrift store, and I'm excited for him to get home so I can show it to him.

The Worst:

I slept in again and skipped yoga.

Afternoon.

The Best:

I went to yoga and took care of myself this morning, and I tried to let all the crap that's on my mind go. I can't say I succeeded, but I tried.

The Worst:

When my husband wouldn't let me sleep, I had a real hissy fit. I have been trying and trying to get more sleep, and he continues to wake me up aggressively. I reacted really badly.

The Best:

I made sure I got enough sleep last night. Today is a long day, and I need it.

The Worst:

I've spent a lot of time at work looking for a new job. I can justify it endlessly in my mind
