Gratitude.

1. I'm grateful for a wonderful day with my husband. It's been a long time since we've had one.

2. I'm grateful for the wonderful women in my program.

3. I'm glad that I prayed and it worked to help me relieve some of my anxiety.

4. I'm grateful for my big, soft bed.

5. I'm grateful for the big lunch and leftovers we had for dinner.
