The Best:
I had made some mistakes with my class schedule, and I owned them honestly. I taught my students some useful skills and hopefully helped many of them become more effective communicators.
The Worst:
I am not standing up for myself at work. I'm not sure what I should do, so I'm doing nothing.

This book was my inspiration for beginning this blog. It's an excellent reference for a student new to yoga with excerpts from the Yoga Sutra as well as explanations and applications to modern life. The teaching is presented through the story of a young yogini who is transporting the Yoga Sutra to Tibet, which makes it an easy read. Reading it has been a profound experience for me.
I saw Blair Lewis speak recently, and his ideas about a revolution towards consciously choosing happiness were profound. I've not gotten the book yet, but I hope to soon. I'm looking forward to learning more about his approach to uncovering the quiet place that's inside all of us.
